MEET OUR 2021-2023 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

photoSTACY MINIHANE, PRESIDENT

Stacy is a Principal with Beals and Thomas, Inc., leading the Planning and Environmental Services discipline. She is a PWS with extensive experience addressing local, state, and federal environmental permitting processes. Stacy previously served as the AMWS Vice President.

photoDIANA WALDEN, VICE PRESIDENT TREASURER

Diana is a Senior Environmental Scientist with the BSC Group, focusing on wetland ecology and wildlife. She has a B.S. in Environmental Studies and Biology and an M.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Conservation. She previously served as the AMWS Treasurer and Wildlife Committee chair.

DAVID GORDEN, SECRETARY

Dave is a Certified Professional Soil Scientist and Certified Wetland Scientist with PEER Consultants, P.C. Dave has a Bachelor of Science degree in Soil and Water Resources from the University of RI and a Master of Science degree in Plant and Soil Science from the University of MA. Dave also chairs the AMWS Networking Committee.

photoALICIA GEILEN, TREASURER

Alicia is the Wetlands Circuit Rider for the Northeast Regional Office. Alicia served as the conservation administrator in Ipswich for five years, and before that, she was the conservation agent in Topsfield. She also has a decade of experience in private consulting. Alicia recently worked as an environmental planner at the Northern Middlesex Council of Governments. She earned a Master’s Degree in Urban and Environmental Policy from Tufts University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Kansas. Alicia previously served as the Nominations Committee chair.

Rich is a Senior Wetland Scientist with LEC Environmental Consultants, Inc. His focus is on wetland science, client consultation, project management, and permitting. Rich has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Boston University.
